- Crystallization is a natural process that occurs in pure raw honey if DYU – pure raw honey crystallizes, just keep the bottle in warm water and honey comes back to its liquid state yummy to consume in the crystallized form as well.
- When exposed to air, raw honey absorbs moisture and this could make the top layer of honey a little frothy and sour DYU – pure raw honey could contain particles of beeswax, bee pollen and honeycomb bits and is visually smoky store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
